Frequently asked questions
Do the backs work on the case I already have?
No. Our backs are 1.5 millimeters thick. To prevent the acrylic back from getting easily knocked or bumped off of the case, our cases are specially designed so the back can sit flush with the case! This improves your look and functionality!
When will I get my order?
From the moment your order is placed, allow us 1-3 business days to fulfill your items and get you your tracking information. Your delivery timelines will vary depending on your location and time of year.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Check out our refund policy page or email support@lunelicases.com for inquiries.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $35
Will you only be doing iPhones?
No. We have plans to expand into all sorts of other phones. We can't wait for our future launches that will feature android cases.
Can we have our own designs or photos printed?
Not yet. We will open up custom designs in the coming months. In the meantime, start picking out your favorite pictures so that when we do make it available, you'll be ready!
